Job Overview: The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for researching, sourcing, providing, and coordinating customized and generic learning solutions for the Rewardsco Customer Operations and Sales team. This role involves the implementation and facilitation of comprehensive training initiatives to ensure that employees across the business are skilled and equipped to perform at optimal levels in line with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skill employees across the business to ensure teams function at optimal level in line with the business requirements
- Real time Coaching of agents to optimize their agent’s SPA’s on the floor through training techniques.
- Preparation, update and Maintenance of training documentation that is aligned to the business operational need
- Administration of Reports; training environments; assessments
Technical Knowledge:
- Matric
- ODETDP Qualification or Higher Certificate: ETDP, Train-the-trainer, Assessor or Moderator certification is recommended.
- Minimum of 2 years recent training and development experience within a BPO Industry is essential
- Training Experience gained must be within the Sales, Quality Assurance and Customer Care/Operations division
- Knowledge within the Insurance and International Sector would be beneficial
- Knowledge of classroom training best practices, methodologies, and techniques is required
- The ability to demonstrate exceptional process drafting and creating of training material
- Understanding process flows and creating call flows
- Knowledge of TCF and POPIA
